Mart Boulevard @ AXA towers

Looking for cheap and good thai food? Mart bouvelard has that, and an option of the comforts of the aircon with indoor seating or the chillax alfresco seating for the pub-goers.. They are a thai restaurant/bar/pub that serves reasonably priced and large array of thai dishes.. Every single dish that my group of friends ordered were less than $10 other than the snack sampler platter to share which was price below $20..

The usual tom yam soup must-have, everyone loved it and slurp the whole bowl dry.. there are a few variation to this dish, you ask for it to be on its own, served with rice, or with thai noodles in it just like the picture below..

Green curry was lemak enough, with adequate portions of ingredients immersed in the fragrant coconut spicyness...

Seafood phad thai was average, but tasty.. They had a variation with chicken wings, like the photo below.. My friend loved the wings, but found the phad thai mediocre as well..

Tell me what you see from the above picture? IKR, it looked like they counted their calamari slices, but then again, this dish is less than $10, so what more should we bargain for? Crispy and matches the thai sweet chilli sauce well.. But i wouldn't say its the best calamaris...

Thai mango salad was awesome, my friend and I finished the whole plate without a trace..

Fried beancurd was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, matches the chilli sauce well.. But nothing to die for..

My side of the table, somehow quite famished I supposed? After finishing up all that mains and sides, we still craved for more food, so we ordered a snack sampler platter that was portioned for 3 pax and a plate of pandan chicken...

Everything on the platter was awesome, especially the beancurd ngoh hiang lookalike thingy... as for the pandan chicken, it was abit troublesome to eat this one, cause you have to use your hands to untangle the pandan leave before getting to the meat, but this was good, just that portion small.. then again, nothing to "hiam" about, cause below $10..

Overall? Good food, awesome ambience, but only open mondays to fridays, so making reservations would be advisable. Alcohol prices are pretty market priced, so not that cheap in this aspect.. Otherwise, all else is fine with this place..
